Never Underestimate SPF
This will always be our top tip when it comes to preventing aged skin. The sun may make us feel wonderful and give us a gorgeous bronzed glow, but the sun is the enemy when it comes to the skin. Those constant unprotected tans may look gorgeous now, but in 10 years you might regret them when the lines start to appear.
We aren’t telling you to avoid the sun completely! Simply be prepared and protect your skin every time you head outdoors with an SPF of at least 30. Wear a hat and don’t forget areas like your ears, as they are common skin cancer targets, because many people forget about them.
Hydrate, Hydrate, Hydrate
Internally and externally! Hydrate internally by drinking lots of water, at least 8 glasses a day. Even slight dehydration in the body, dries out the skin and makes it more susceptible to the signs of aging. Water also helps to keep the skin plump and healthy looking.

Ditch the Cigarettes
